2. Services Provided JJ Roadside Assistance provides roadside services including but not limited to: Battery jump-start, Tire changes, Lockout assistance, Fuel delivery, Service availability may vary by location and conditions.

3. Service Limitations. Services are subject to availability. Response times are estimates and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions. Customers must provide accurate location and vehicle information.

4. Payment Terms. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, and conditions. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, extreme weather, or special equipment needs. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

5. Cancellations. If a service request is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Liability Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law: JJ Roadside Assistance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or third parties. Customers are responsible for removing valuables from vehicles prior to service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Customer Responsibilities. Customers agree to:Provide accurate information, Remain at a safe location while waiting for service, Follow technician instructions, Ensure vehicle ownership or authorization.

8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ Roadside Assistance from any claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

9. Website Use. You agree not to: Use the website for unlawful purposes, Attempt to interfere with website security, Submit false service requests.

10. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois
